Hi all!
I just got home 10 hrs ago from our spring break trip to Florida! We had a great time, but returned home to find a car that was DEAD...hard to finish your travels with a car not working... After a while to get the battery back up and charging, our travel day was complete! I'm glad to be hoe, but miss the sun and the relaxation.

So that is why my AAA Cards post is late...sorry! We are mixing things up a bit with our challenges, and this week we have a fun way of participating!

What parts of the spoke will you use to make a CAS card? I went with geometric to complement my silhouette.

I had fun creating the background! First, I used an old stencil to lay down some plain white paste and let it dry. Then, blobs of watercolor in pinks and purples were laid down on top and around it. The background is much bigger than I had planned, but I loved how it came out so I included the entire panel.

Since the background was so beautiful, I decided to keep the silhouette simple and opted for a sentiment cut from Altenew's Timeless Sentiments die set. It's actually cut from glitter fun foam so it has some dimension and sparkle!
That's all I have for you today, be sure to visit our blog and enter your creation so we can check it out!
Have a colorful day!
I really love the big sentiment. IS THAT GLITTER?
